We offer custom apparel and collateral sales products of all types. Many items can be ordered blank without any imprinting, engraving or embroidery. Where applicable you may incur set-up fees in developing item prototypes. Other related charges may include artwork design, (logo) digitizing for embroidery, screens, plates, copy changes, proofs or comps. Any additional service or product set-up fees will be quoted in advance. Production time will vary depending on type of product and quantity ordered. Standard production time is 7-21 days from the time the artwork and decorated samples are approved.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

Please send artwork via e-mail to sales@special-markets.com and include the company name, phone and purchase order number on all e-mails. PC or MAC: Illustrator 9.0, Photoshop 7.0, CorelDraw 9.0, EPS are the recommended files types that will be accepted as electronic artwork. All files must be at least 600 dpi resolution. The factory reserves the right to determine if artwork is acceptable. If artwork needs to be retouched, charges may apply which will be determined before any work is done. Additional charges may apply if the artwork needs more than a half hour of additional work. Artwork is held for a 12 month period from date of receipt.
